From WhatsApp certificates to an audited operation.
The foundation ran donations manually, down to certificates sent over WhatsApp. We built an end-to-end donation platform and mobile app with saved cards enabling recurring giving. The donation pool roughly doubled, and the operation passed a detailed Dutch government and ING bank audit on the strength of the system's records. Today 4 to 5 people run what used to need more than 10.
Solar operations from satellite to quote.
For Özgür Gedik's GreenChoice we built a solar panel management platform that generates roof layouts from satellite imagery and turns them into online quotes. Work that needed site visits and manual drawing became a browser workflow, and the company runs with a 15 percent smaller team.
Accurate print quotes in 5 minutes.
Print quoting at MATSAŞ meant experienced staff calculating paper, waste and machine time by hand, and customers calling for status. Pressifly, the platform we built with Özgür Öğüt, produces accurate quotes with waste calculations in 5 minutes and gives every customer an order tracking link. The status calls stopped, and four staff roles were eliminated.
When the Dutch government and ING bank audited us in detail, we passed because of the system ETREXIO built. Every donation was traceable, every record was in place.
