Referral program

Introduce one client. Earn 10% for a year.

If you know a company that needs software built, put us in the same room. When they sign and pay, you take 10%. On a monthly retainer that repeats every month for twelve months. You make the introduction, we do the selling, the scoping and the building.

The math

See what one introduction pays.

Move the slider. Our retainers start at $5,000 a month, so the smallest client anyone can introduce is already worth $6,000 to them over a year.

You earn

$9,600

$800 per month for 12 months

12 monthly payments, one for every month they stay

Commission is calculated on what we actually collect. If the client does not pay, nobody gets paid, us included.

The terms

Two deal types, one rate.

There is no tier system, no volume ladder and no fine print that changes the number later. This is the whole commission structure.

ETREXIO referral commission structure
Deal type Your rate How long When you are paid
Fixed-price project 10% of every payment we collect Until the project is fully paid Milestone by milestone, within 15 days of each payment reaching us
Monthly retainer 10% of every monthly invoice The first 12 months of the retainer Every month, within 15 days of that month being paid

How it works

Your part takes two minutes.

01 · Send us a name

Tell us who they are.

Fill the form below with the company, the person we should speak to and one line about what they need. That introduction is logged against your name from the moment it lands.

02 · Introduce us properly

You are in the first conversation.

We come back to you within one or two business days and set up the first call, with you on it. A warm introduction from someone they trust is worth more than any pitch we could send cold. After that call, the work is ours.

03 · Get paid

10% of every invoice they pay.

Fifteen days after their money reaches us, your share leaves our account. On a retainer that happens twelve times.

The rules

What counts, and what does not.

Written down before anyone earns anything, so nobody has to argue about it afterwards.

  • Someone we already knowWe have been in contact with them before your introduction

You make one introduction. We do the rest.

Your reputation

You are putting your name on this. So are we.

An introduction is a loan against your credibility. The reason it is safe to make this one is that our clients tend to stay for years, and they say so publicly.

And for them

The company you introduce is not paying for your commission.

Our price does not move because someone introduced them. What they get instead is a priority Clarity Call and a first sprint scheduled without waiting in the queue.

Make the introduction

Two minutes now, then one short call where you introduce us. Everything after that is our job.

We come back to you first, not to them.
Does ETREXIO pay for client referrals?

Yes. If you introduce a company that becomes a client, you earn 10% of what we collect from them. On a fixed-price project that is 10% of every payment. On a monthly retainer it is 10% of each monthly invoice for the first 12 months. There is no cap on how many companies one person can introduce.

How much can I earn for referring one client?

Our retainers start at $5,000 a month, so the smallest possible retainer referral is worth $6,000 to you across twelve months. A $12,000 a month retainer pays $14,400. A $150,000 fixed-price project pays $15,000. The calculator on this page runs the number for any deal size.

When do I get paid?

Within 15 days of the client paying us. We never pay commission on money we have not collected, which is also why we can promise the 15 days. On a retainer this repeats every month for twelve months, so you are paid twelve times for one introduction.

Do I have to be in the first meeting?

Yes, and that is the point. We come back to you first, not to the company, and we set up the first call with you on it. A warm introduction from someone they already trust opens a door that a cold email from us does not. It costs you one short call. Everything after it is our job.

Do I have to be an ETREXIO client to refer someone?

No. The program is open to anyone. Clients, former clients, freelancers, consultants, agency owners, investors, or someone who simply knows a company with a software problem. You do not need a contract with us to earn the commission.

What counts as a qualified referral?

A company we have not been in contact with before, introduced by you through the form on this page, with you present at the first call, signing with us within 180 days. Your own company does not count, and a new project from a company that is already our client does not count.

What if the company only signs a year later?

The introduction is valid for 180 days from the day you submit it. If a deal is moving slowly but is clearly alive as the window closes, tell us and we will extend it in writing. What we do not do is honour a claim raised long after the fact with no record.

Is there a limit on how many clients I can refer?

No. Every qualified introduction earns its own 10%, and they run in parallel. Three retainer clients at $10,000 a month each would pay you $36,000 over their first year.

Do I need to sign a contract or sell anything?

No contract, no dashboard, no referral link to manage, and no selling. The one thing we do ask is that you are on the first call to make the introduction. We handle the scoping, the proposal and everything that follows.

How do you actually send the money?

Bank transfer, in the currency and to the account you tell us. If your country requires an invoice from you for the commission, send one and we will pay against it. If it does not, we pay against a simple written confirmation.

Does the company I introduce pay more because of my commission?

No. Our price does not change because someone was introduced. The commission comes out of our side. The company you introduce gets a priority Clarity Call and a first sprint scheduled without waiting in the queue.
