The first project that became the company's backbone.
Uzman Parça's first project with us was a parts-management system, and it grew into the digitization backbone of the business. It matches parts to the vehicles they fit, ingests XML feeds from 5 suppliers and automatically picks the cheapest source for each part, and lets the team sell across multiple channels from one system. What began as one workflow now runs the operation.
From WhatsApp and Excel to an audit-proof operation.
The foundation ran donations manually: records in Excel, certificates sent by hand over WhatsApp. We built an end-to-end platform covering donations, certificates, donor records and reporting. When the Dutch government and ING bank audited the foundation in detail, it passed on the strength of the system's records: every donation traceable, every certificate accounted for.
Quotes in 5 minutes, status calls ended.
Print quoting at MATSAŞ needed experienced staff calculating paper, waste and machine time by hand, and customers called to ask where their order was. Pressifly, the platform we built, produces accurate quotes with waste calculations in 5 minutes and gives every customer an order tracking link. The quoting bottleneck disappeared, and the status calls stopped.
When the Dutch government and ING bank audited us in detail, we passed because of the system ETREXIO built. Every donation was traceable, every record was in place.
